Our company collaborates with APVC LTD in the UK to produce pulp molded egg tray machines. In September 2015, two production lines were put into operation in Texas, USA. Our company name is Purple Pulp Inc. We are currently preparing to produce six other production lines to be deployed in different cities in the United States to meet market requirements, save transportation costs, and reduce product costs.

The specifications of pulp molding production lines vary due to different customer preferences, market demands, labor costs, energy costs, on-site availability, and climate in different fields. Considering this, in order to meet the different requirements of customers from different countries in the world for paper product production, our company manufactures different models of equipment. To meet the different requirements of our customers for equipment quality to meet investment costs and occupy the market, we will grow from small to large and achieve success. We will produce equipment of different materials (304 stainless steel or ordinary steel) to supply the global market.

The pulp molding production line can produce egg trays (30 holes), egg boxes (6 holes, 10 holes, 12 holes, 6+6 holes, 18 holes, etc.), fruit trays (apples, pears, tomatoes, etc.), cup trays (4, 2), and some industrial product trays.

Pulp molded products are made from waste paper, such as paper scraps, cardboard boxes, and shredded paper from paper mills and printing plants. Crush the pulp board in a hydraulic pulper and adjust it to a certain consistency. After adding some chemicals, the fibers in the pulp will cover the wire mesh of the mold under the action of vacuum. The wet billet will dry and become the finished product.

The main raw material is waste paper, which can be easily collected at low cost. The water used in production is recycled, resulting in low water consumption and no exhaust emissions during the production process.

Details of egg tray machine:

1) Pulp making system: The pulp making system mainly consists of hydraulic pulpers, pulp pumps, multifunctional grinders, mixers, control cabinets, etc.

2) Forming system: This mainly uses aluminum molds to absorb pulp, and then uses a vacuum pump to vacuum absorb the pulp in the pulp tank to form formed egg trays or other paper products.

3) Drying system: We can produce single-layer and multi-layer drying lines according to customer requirements. Heating and drying through a burner, the burner mainly consumes raw materials such as electricity, coal, natural gas, or diesel. Customers can choose between using electricity or natural gas based on local prices.

4) Packaging system: including stacking system and automatic counting system. We also have an automatic stacking counting machine to facilitate workers in packaging finished products.
